 *note: please do not send links to any web pages that
require passwords or membership in order to be viewed.

a. Short Description of event ~
b. 80 words maximun - less with images
c. Name of host~participants
d. link urls

4.
a. Admission information
b. Is your event free?
c. donation?
d. cost of admission - ticket link or rsvp info.
e. benefit or fundraiser The cause? link?

5. Your Contact information
(in case I need to contact you about your event posting)

6. images may be sent as attachments with the understanding
that they may need to be resized for the calendar.

***note - Please do not send me an event submission as a flyer,
poster, googledoc or PDF. These items take time to extract the
basic information or images needing to be reduced to fit into
the format of the San Francisco Art and Poetry Calendar.
Being the only one editing the calendar, I do not have time
to transcript word for word the basic information I need for
your post, so please send what is required with this form.

on the San Francisco Art and Poetry calendar.

writers, and other performers, are favored, however occassionally
events happening in other places within the San Francisco Bay Area
might be included especially if they are featuring San Francisco
performers.

~*~ ALL events posted on the San Francisco Art and Poetry Calendar
are at the sole discretion of sfheart.com.

~*~ I cannot guarantee your event will be listed on the calendar
if your information is received the night before or on
the same day as your event.
